Whether you're traveling within the US or internationally, you can have peace of mind knowing that your health record travels with you. The sign-up process for MyLeon is simple. During your first doctor's visit, you'll receive an activation code to register. If you misplace the code, don't worry—you can still sign up by visiting our website and answering a few questions about yourself. We are always available to assist you in signing up and addressing any questions or concerns you may have.
