With our free online system, MyLeon, you can always view your electronic health record. Available to all patients at Leon Medical Centers, MyLeon puts all of your health history in one place where it is securely stored, accessible only by you and your healthcare providers.
Our system is built on Epic's advanced electronic health record software, enabling us to securely share your information with other hospitals or doctors if necessary. Whether you're traveling within the US or internationally, you can have peace of mind knowing that your health record travels with you. Healthcare providers worldwide who use this system can access your medical records, ensuring continuity of care when you're away from home.
The sign-up process for MyLeon is simple. During your first doctor's visit, you'll receive an activation code to register. If you misplace the code, don't worry—you can still sign up by visiting our website and answering a few questions about yourself. We are always available to assist you in signing up and addressing any questions or concerns you may have.
MyLeon offers a multitude of features, including:

 <li>Requesting medication refills</li>
 <li>Sending messages to doctors, pharmacists, and other staff</li>

 <li>Scheduling appointments</li>
 <li>Having video calls with doctors</li>
 <li>Uploading health and fitness data, including data from the Apple Health app, when enrolled in self-tracking programs</li>

We understand the importance of involving loved ones in your care. That's why we offer the option to give your caregiver, family member, or trusted friend access to your MyLeon account. By completing a simple paper form, you can authorize someone else to view your electronic health record.
